As it is rice based, there is no problems in digestion and overall it is a delicious food for tiffin as well as lunch also. Ingredients

  • Chira/ Poha- 2 cup: Soaked in water for 10 min. Then add soma salt and sugar with it.

  • Potato- 2 medium size. Small cube cut- 1 cup. Marinated with salt for 10 min.

  • Carrots: Small cube cut- 1/2 cup

  • Onion- 1 medium size, sliced.

  • Green chilli-2 small cut

  • Sugar- 2 tsf

  • Salt to taste

  • Sunflower oil- 2 tbsp

  • Raisins- 10 pc

  • Penauts- 1/2 cup

  • Clove-10 pc

  • Cinnamon- 1 inch

  • Milk- 1/2 cup

  • Rose water- 1 tsp

  • Soya chunks- boiled, small piece

  • Cashew nuts- 10 pc

  • Ghee- 1 tsp

  • Black peeper powder- 1 tsp

Directions

  • Take oil in a Kadai- Heat
  • Add Clove and Cinnamon- light fryOil
  • Add Potato- fry lightlyPotato add
  • Add Carrots, Onion, Soya keema, cookAdd all
  • Add salt- mix well
  • Add Raisins and penautsAdd penauts
  • Add Green chilli
  • Add Cashew nuts
  • Cook till vegetables softens
  • Add soaked Poha or ChilaAdd poha
  • Stir and cook
  • Add black peeper powder, mix well
  • Add milk- 1/2 cupAdd Milk
  • Cover for 2 minCover and cook
  • Test for salt and sugar- add if necessary
  • Lastly add Ghee 1 tsp
  • Mix well in low heat
