Tutti Frutti is a delicious and lovely preparation- loved by most of the baby and family members. It can be easily made at home using very few ingredients and with some special technique. It is used with various candy, cake and other preparation for taste and decoration.

Ingredients
Raw papaya- 1/4th or 250 gram

Sugar – 250 gram
Vanilla flavor ½ tsf
Food colour- as per your choice
Procedure:
Step-1
Peel off raw papaya

Cut into ½ cm cube pieces
Wash with water
Step-2
Take a bowl/ Kadai
Put raw cut papaya

Add sufficient water
Cook in medium flame- up to 60% softness of papaya.
Rinse water and cool

Step-3
Take 250 gram sugar in a bowl/ 2 cup
Take 3 cup water
Boil

Add half boiled papaya chips
Cook in highà medium flame till sugar juice become thick and sticky.
Add ½ tsp vanilla
When juice becomes thick, stop cooking.
Cool 5 min.
Step-4
Divide the contents in 4 bowls

Add 5 drops different food colour to each bowl
Mix well

Keep at least 8 hours or overnight to absorb colour.
Step-5
Take plate with tissue papers. Take different plates for different colour.

Put coloured papaya on tissue paper.
Put another tissue paper above.
Soak extra juice.
Remove tissue paper.
Dry in air under ceiling fan at least for 6 hours. You can keep in day light.
Your tutti frutti is ready.
Step-6
Mix up all tutti fruit in a single container. It will give a beautiful coloured tutti frutti.
